Dr. Aynehchi performed by rhinoplasty 4 months ago. I was researching for a year for a surgeon that could do a closed nose job without scars on the outside that was very important to me. Two of my friends had their surgery with Dr. Aynehchi – one had open rhinoplasty and the other had no cuts on the outside so I saw him for a consult.
I broke my nose and needed a nose job. Dr. Aynehchi provided perfectly clear counsel, was honest about the entire process, did an incredible job and made the recovery as easy as possible. His team was quick and transparent, and my nose looks better than before. Highly recommend!

I had a deviated septum which caused trouble with breathing and I was not satisfied with how my nose looked. Dr. Aynehchi was very thorough with my surgery and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I can now breathe normally and my sleep has gotten so much better. I love how my nose looks now, it perfectly matches my face and you can’t even tell I had surgery.

Dr. Aynehchi is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time to answer every question. Dr. Aynehchi reconstructed my lip and the results were beyond what I expected. The potential for scarring was great but I ended up with no scarring and no loss of functioning.
Dr.Aynehchi is an incredible doctor! I had a deviated septum surgery and reconstruction and honestly could not be any happier with my results. I used to only be able to breath in through one nostril and very minimally through the other one, not only that but i was also very aware of the hump on my nose and it made me feel uneasy at times.
