Eiza González’s Plastic Surgery: An Eye-Catching Beauty Evocation!

González Reyna is a popular Mexican performer. In 2007, her breakout role as Lola Valente in the Mexican musical melodrama Lola, érase Uno vez brought her widespread attention, and then she went on to play the lead character of Clara Molina in the Nickelodeon teen drama Suea Conmigo. The American horror series From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series gave her the part of Santanico Pandemonium, and she also played Monica “Darling” Castello in Baby Driver and Nyssiana in the cyberpunk action flick Alita: Battle Angel. Eiza Has Undergone Other Surgical Procedures Images of Eiza from her youth reveal a broader nose, thinner lips, and a rounder face. Aside from her hair, her teeth appear different in older photos. Those who have been following her career closely have likely noticed that her appearance has changed dramatically since she arrived in the United States. Not only have her lips gotten significantly larger, but many people think that this is due to lip injections. Although her nose appears to get smaller in the early 2010s, some believe Eiza has undergone more surgery to alter her nose again. Midway through the 2010s, it could not seem smaller or more sculpted than it does now. More recent pictures of her have raised rumors that she has had cheek injections to make her face look less round. Naturally, some of these alterations could be attributed to Eiza‘s aging. After all, the earliest images of her are of her as a young child, and changes in her appearance due to age and weight loss could have made her cheeks appear less full. However, given her previous transformations, many attribute her newfound cheekbone prominence to plastic surgery. Medical Professionals Offered Personal Opinions on Eiza’s Facial Alterations Some doctors hinted that Eiza might have undergone plastic surgery. Some stated that, “her jawline seems less square and wide, and to accomplish this; Botox can be injected into that muscle. There is consensus amongst experts that she may have cheated by using fillers. Others have speculated that she may have had fillers to enhance the appearance of her cheeks, which are now substantially higher and more pronounced; Facial slimming and lengthening effects can be seen when cheek implants are added as well; Her mouth is also a possible source of doubt – possibly because of lip injections, she now has much bigger lips. In spite of the fact that Eiza has only admitted to her nose job, rumors that she has undergone other procedures are rampant. Experts agree that it’s highly unlikely that her nose was the only intended target, but they also agree that if she wants to get the surgery – she can get it! Eiza’s Upcoming Skincare Projects González is a well-known face for several different companies: Avon, a cosmetics company in Mexico, chose González as their new Color Trend face in 2008; In 2009, she shot commercials for the skincare company named Asepxia; In 2015, her role as Neutrogena’s newest brand ambassador was revealed Since then, she’s recorded commercials in both Spanish and English to promote the company’s skincare products Before you decide to get a facelift, Botox, dermal fillers, or any other plastic surgery procedure, you should first consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss all of the available options. Your surgeon may recommend a combination of Botox injections and dermal fillers, or even a small cosmetic surgery procedure paired with cosmetic injections. Courteney Cox’s Take On Plastic Surgery Is So Refreshing

It’s no secret that many celebrities have plastic surgery as they age. Given the entertainment industry’s emphasis on youth — some would use the word ‘obsession,’ (especially when referring to women) — stars often have procedure after procedure to either enhance their looks or to slow down their aging process. Courteney Cox’s sensible stance on the topic is not only brave and empowering but is also one that puts health and individuality before other, more superficial considerations. As she has gotten older, her opinion about cosmetic procedures has mellowed and her priorities have changed as well; Honestly, her perspective is one that’s worth exploring if you’re interested in or thinking about getting your own plastic surgery done. Cox Used To Swear By Fillers Courteney Cox Cox’s family instilled in her an emphasis on appearance from a young age. As she began to get older in Hollywood, she started getting fillers to enhance her beauty; It became a vicious cycle of getting more and more procedures. Her viewpoint about these things have changed dramatically now that she is in her midlife stages: “I feel better than I’ve ever felt in my entire life. I take much better care of myself now. But Hollywood—this business—makes it harder. I grew up thinking that appearance was the most important thing. That’s kind of sad because it got me in trouble. I was trying so hard to keep up, and I actually made things worse.” She went on to describe her family’s attitude toward looks, as she explains how it rubbed off on her: “My mother’s a gorgeous woman. She’s sweet, kind and giving, but she didn’t have a lot of other passions. My father, who’s no longer with us, was the most fun and charismatic person, but he talked about looks a lot. He felt that was an important topic in our family—what people looked like and who didn’t look so good. That’s not a great thing to reveal about your childhood. What are we going to eat and what do people look like, but that’s what we talked about.” A Friend’s Intervention Caused Cox to Reevaluate Her Plastic Surgery Approach What finally changed Courteney Cox’s attitude toward plastic surgery was the intervention of a caring friend who suggested that maybe Cox had done too much to her face. She has admitted that sometimes doctors would encourage her to do a little more and then a little more, until she would just give them the go-ahead to continue— thinking that she needed it. However, after hearing her trusted friend’s candid opinion, Cox took a courageous step, and decided to have her fillers dissolved; Doing so seems to have been wonderfully liberating for her: “I’m as natural as I can be. I feel better because I look like myself. I think that I now look more like the person that I was. I hope I do. Things are going to change. Everything’s going to drop. I was trying to make it not drop, but that made me look fake. You need movement in your face, especially if you have thin skin like I do. Those aren’t wrinkles—they’re smile lines. I’ve had to learn to embrace movement and realize that fillers are not my friend.” That being said, Cox has not sworn off all procedures. The difference now is that she only does what she feels good about and comfortable with. “I believe in getting laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant. I believe in microneedling. I think microcurrent technology makes sense to strengthen your muscles.” Cox’s New Attitude Towards Beauty Courteney Cox has truly developed a more relaxed philosophy about cosmetic procedures and plastic surgery that works for her. She’s learning to accept movement in her face. She values authenticity and being herself, rather than striving to conform to an unrealistic standard of beauty and youth that the acting profession and society at large frequently impose on mid-life women. Everyone has to decide for themselves how they want to look. Cox has made the choice to define her concept of beauty this way: “Confidence. It’s beautiful to see somebody own who they are and not hide; someone who is open and comfortable in their skin.” Cox’s Beauty Routine Is Centered Around Health, Not Appearance Courteney Cox eats healthy to care for her body and is selective about which skincare products she uses. She favors those that use natural and scientifically-tested ingredients. She also uses a body roller and does Pilates and electrical stimulation workouts. For Cox, looking good ultimately means being satisfied with who you really are overall: “I feel best about myself when I’m at peace—relaxed and happy. The great part about getting older is that you learn so much about yourself. Whether it’s through heartache or a good experience, you learn about the tricks you played on yourself or fell back on because you were comfortable with them. I just wish I had this information a little sooner. I would have saved myself a lot of problems.” Our plastic surgery specialists pride themselves on preserving bone structure and rejuvenating skin vitality—unique to each individual patient —by making small, deliberate changes, yet impactful enhancements. We understand that our plastic surgery patients often want to return to their everyday life ASAP after their procedure, which is why all patients who undergo cosmetic enhancement at Westside Face can expect: Natural-looking changes Long-lasting results Shortest recovery time possible Our award-winning rhinoplasty, facelifts, necklifts, and more will not only make you look better, but more importantly— make you feel better as well. 5 Ways Rhinoplasty Improves Your Nose’s Appearance & Health

Find Out if You’re a Good Candidate for Rhinoplasty Surgery in LA Rhinoplasty, also referred to as ‘nose reshaping’ or ‘nose jobs,’ enhances the proportions of the nose to help bring balance and harmony back to those unwanted facial features you just can’t seem to overlook. From a health perspective, this nose altering surgery can also help fix an old injury or support those who have developed breathing issues due to defects in the actual bone structure of their nasal cavities. Many people who dislike the shape or size of their nose, or think it doesn’t fit well with the rest of their face get rhinoplasties – whether it be for cosmetic or wellness purposes, or to gain their confidence back – by enhancing their facial features and rejuvenating the aesthetics. Rhinoplasty is a popular and one of the most common cosmetic surgical procedures for improving the overall appearance and health of your nose. Here are 5 ways getting a rhinoplasty can help you breathe better, look better and feel better:  Aesthetically, a rhinoplasty improves your nose’s size and shape – whether that be from a bulge on the bridge of your nose or from having irregular nostril sizes. When used for restoring nose functionality, a rhinoplasty gives the health advantages of allowing the patient to have comprehensive use of their nasal airways. Rhinoplasties also help overcome chronic snoring and sleep apnea – which are serious conditions that occur during the night, causing breathing ceases in small intervals that also lead to deprivation of oxygen in the body. Physical nose issues can lead to chronic disorders of the nasal cavity or inflammation that can be treated effectively with the help of a rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasties can also be used to correct old lesions such as broken noses that were restored improperly during their initial treatment cycles. Think you may want or need a nose job, but unsure if you’re a good candidate? Here are some things to consider before making a decision: Rhinoplasty helps to refine and reshape the nose in order to improve its appearance — The best candidates for rhinoplasty are adults between 18 and 55 who are healthy, free from skin conditions and blood diseases, have realistic expectations about what can (and can’t) be achieved through rhinoplasty, and understand what it will (and won’t) accomplish. Rhinoplasty can help to restore balance and proportion to the nose, making it more attractive and symmetrical — In other words, a rhinoplasty surgery may be appropriate for patients who are unhappy with their current nose shape, or who feel that certain features of their nose have been negatively impacted by genetics, accident, or injury. Rhinoplasty is typically performed to improve the appearance of a nose that has been damaged by injury, illness, or congenital defect; It may also be performed on noses that look larger than normal due to overgrowth of the tip (tip rhinoplasty) or humpback deformity (septorhinoplasty). While rhinoplasty is often performed on patients who are unhappy with their current nose shape or size, it is also possible for a patient whose nose looks perfectly fine to benefit from rhinoplasty surgery — In this case, the goal is not necessarily cosmetic improvement, but rather functional improvement. Find the best board-certified plastic surgeon for you We understand how much cosmetic surgery can impact one’s self-esteem and know first hand how important it is that both the patient and doctor are on the same page when it comes down to the procedure, so we’ll first discuss whether or not we believe you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. Since a rhinoplasty is an invasive procedure, minimal swelling or bruising is to be expected post-op; however, you will see a difference in your nose’s appearance once the swelling goes down. Life is too short to be unhappy with your looks, especially when it’s something you can choose to change; therefore, if you’re considering a nose job, you deserve an experienced cosmetic surgery specialist that understands your concerns and wants to achieve your goals. Is the Ponytail Lift the New Facelift?

Remember when everyone was pulling their hair back into high, tight ‘Bella Hadid-style’ ponytails, to create a more sculpted look? Well, this lifted, tightening effect has now been translated into a cosmetic surgery called the “ponytail lift.” It’s no surprise that this procedure is rapidly gaining popularity, (partially because of its catchy name) thanks to the minimal downtime and visible result it offers. The ponytail lift is a colloquial term that delivers similar results to a regular facelift and is a minimally invasive technique that avoids the typical incisions around the ears and hides incisions in the hairline; this allows patients to wear their hair up ‘ponytail style’ without obvious scars. Not only is the ability to hide scars and sutures an attractive proposition, but the taut, lifted results really are really causing those considering the surgery sold. What is a ponytail lift? Ponytail lift is an informal term used to refer to a minimally invasive procedure that surgically tightens a patient’s face for a lifted effect by pulling the brows, forehead, and cheeks upward. There are a couple reasons the procedure is referred to as a ponytail lift: It can deliver the same results as a really high, tight ponytail by lifting skin on the face Patients can leave the procedure and hide the appearance of the incisions because of their placement along the hairline rather than behind the ears. Unlike traditional facelifts, which are typically designed to remove skin using multiple incisions around the ears, the ponytail lift only requires small incisions along the hairline to tighten the tissue along the face. The term has become popular for advertising purposes, and does not have any official standing within the plastic surgery community. Because no skin is removed during the process, people who might opt for a ponytail lift rather than a regular facelift are those who want to make small improvements, rather than an entire procedure. The best candidates are those with minimal signs of aging and little to no excess skin along the jawline and upper neck. Ideal candidates for the procedure are those from their 30s to 50s, and are without significant facial sagging or excess skin laxity. In order to hide the scars, a candidate should have a pretty decent head of hair so they can pull it back to hide where the incision scars are. Those with thin hair may want to consider a traditional facelift whereas scars or sutures are hidden around the ears. What does a ponytail lift procedure entail? Since the ponytail lift isn’t a textbook procedure officially defined by plastic surgeons, there isn’t technically a standard way to execute it. Other forms of facelifts involve much larger incisions and are designed to remove more skin. How it’s done depends on both the surgeon and the patient’s needs, seeing as the ‘ponytail lift’ is more of a marketing term rather than a surgical approach and means different things to different surgeons. Placing those incisions in strategic points in the scalp can help make the vector pull high and back just like one may experience with a really tight ponytail. This procedure is performed under local anesthesia, and can take anywhere between one to four hours depending on if the patient is getting additional treatments done. What is downtime like? After the procedure, you might see some bruising or swelling for two weeks; Patients should plan on some downtime after the procedure for a couple weeks, as with most invasive surgeries. Because of the incision placement, patients have to be gentle with the hair and scalp around the area until the sutures have completely healed. What are the possible side effects of a ponytail lift? With any surgical procedure there are risks of scarring, bleeding, or damage to the nerves in the face. The most common possible side effect for this particular procedure is hair loss; The only potential ‘complication’ is that a ponytail lift may not fully correct a saggy jawline or neck. How much does a ponytail lift cost? Just like any other plastic surgery, the cost of a ponytail lift runs anywhere between $35,000 to $70,000 and varies depending on location, as well as the amount of training and experience needed to execute it; although, you can expect to pay at least $20,000. The most important thing to consider when considering facelift surgery is not only the credentials, experience, and outcomes of the surgeon, but also your needs, desires and thoughts on incisions, recovery times, and results. When it comes to plastic surgery procedures, it’s important to choose an experienced plastic surgeon who will give you the results you’re seeking. Is Instagram the Reason Everyone Wants a Deep Plane Facelift Right Now?

The Rising Popularity of Facelifts & Facial Cosmetic Trends  Instagram has made aesthetic terms like lip flips, red light therapy and radiofrequency microneedling part of our beauty vernacular. Social media has generally pushed plastic surgery procedures further into the spotlight, so it’s really no surprise that they’re making the deep plane facelift so well-known that patients are now asking for it by name. Let’s take a deep dive into the publicly trending surgery that any facelift connoisseur will want to take note of. Why the sudden trend? Patients are jumping on the deep plane facelift train, which is trending on Instagram. In addition, celebrities are showing off their results, further validating the restorative power of the facelift. Even plastic surgeons who perform facelifts  are gaining popularity in search results, reviews and social media. The difference in the perceived age in before-and-after pictures of a deep plane facelift can be striking. Additionally, the deep plane facelift allows for balanced rejuvenation of the lower two-thirds of the face to avoid a tight look. What is a Deep Plane Facelift? Seeing as the face consists of different layers, the deep plane facelift is the most complex out of all the facelifts and consists of a deep dissection and surgical elevation of the lower facial plane. The deep plane layer exists below a thick fibrous sheet of tissue known as the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS), while other facelifts raise the skin and SMAS separately; the deep plane facelift lifts everything as one unit. In a true deep plane lift, the dissection plane is entered quickly. The benefits to collectively lifting this layer are that it preserves the blood supply to the skin and maintains the facial features’ innate appearance, while leaving the attachments to the skin intact, so it heals faster and looks more natural. Most facelifts necessitate pulling back the facial tissues; While this diminishes wrinkles, it does so at the expense of creating a somewhat unnatural appearance. A deep plane facelift uses a more vertical lift, which counteracts the effects of gravity. There’s also some change in volume distribution, which moves from the lower cheek to the upper cheek. Although the face is the epicenter of the deep plane facelift, the neck isn’t neglected from the surgery since the SMAS is continuous with the platysma muscle. In other words — as the SMAS moves down the face, it becomes the platysma muscle; thus, elevating the tissues in this plane, lifts the face and neck and improves the midface. How much does a deep plane facelift cost? On the low end, a deep plane facelift costs between $25,000 and $50,000; Some plastic surgeons charge close to $300,000, depending on their location and experience. Tacking on additional procedures further increases the overall price — So why is the deep plane facelift exceedingly more expensive? Even though it’s been around for 30 years now, many plastic surgeons are are either not or experienced trained in it, or aren’t comfortable performing it. How long do the results last? A deep plane facelift lasts ten to 15 years. If you never do another treatment or procedure, you will always look younger than someone who hasn’t had surgery. How you care for your skin and face post-surgery — proper skin care, sun avoidance, and in-office treatments — can also help maximize the results. What about scarring? The scars will be small, thin white lines in front of and behind the ears and in the sideburns and hairline. Your surgeon may make an additional incision under the chin to address the neck further. The recovery is similar to a traditional facelift, despite the deep dissection. Expect two to three weeks of social downtime with some swelling and bruising. After six weeks, you should feel ready to attend a special event and show off your beautifully rejuvenated face. When it comes to getting a facelift, you want to make sure you’re in good hands — That’s why it’s so important to choose an experienced plastic surgery specialist who will give you the results you’re looking for. If you’re considering a facelift in Los Angeles, our double board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr Ayechni., will guide you through the process, and determine the procedure plan best suited for your needs. Why Britain Has Fallen In Love With Facial Cosmetic Treatments

Increasing numbers of people happily admit to using facial cosmetic treatments. Others are asking – what does it feel like to freeze your forehead, does anyone notice, and can it really change how you feel about yourself? Although BOTOX was first approved in the US in 1989 for the treatment of eye muscle disorders, it was frowned upon initially. Directors would complain that actors ‘couldn’t properly emote.’ By 2000, aesthetic treatments were widely available to the general population, which allowed dentists to administer them after a daylong course. By 2021, an estimated 900,000 injections were carried out annually in Britain, and were viewed with two-fold suspicion, for reasons being that they were considered self-indulgent vanity, and also that they looked very unnatural (particularly if used repeatedly over time). Whenever a star appeared shiny in a photo, she was considered a Botox tragedy, even though she might just have been sweating at that particular moment. Over time, treatments have become more refined, prices have stabilized, and attitudes have improved. The more recent trend now is for “baby Botox,” (also known as subtle injections), along with old-timers finally coming around to the idea of Botox, so it’s no wonder the market is booming: Botox – along with dermal fillers – now account for 9 out of 10 cosmetic procedures. Chloe Mac Donnell, the Guardian’s deputy fashion and lifestyle editor, breaks this down into 3 main groups: Women in their mid-40s to mid-50s who are catching up with the advances that made Botox more subtle and less celebratory in the first place. Women in their 30s who are “a lot more open in general”, and also a lot more into luxury, hi-tech treatments (retinol, LED face masks, injectables, non-injectables, micro-needling, etc). Women in their 20s who get Botox done with the intention of preventing age, fuelled partially by the Love Island vibe, which is both honest about its social implications and fake in its aesthetics. Can Botox really prevent future wrinkles, though? The most common 3 areas for Botox are the frown lines, the forehead creases, and the crows’ feet. Adebibe points out that not all the results will always be visible: “The small group of muscles responsible for bringing the eyebrows down when you frown are relieved of their duties, which causes the inside of the eyebrows to slightly elevate, so you don’t necessarily get rid of the frown lines, but instead you just look fresher, as if you’ve had a really good night’s sleep.” “The way it works is that it’s injected into certain muscle groups and it stays in that area for just 3 days. During that time, it disrupts the receptor where the nerve comes to speak to the muscle. You will find it harder and harder to make that expression, but in 2 weeks, you’ll have your full response. I highly recommend getting this done by a doctor because it’s so plausible,” she added. Researchers at the University of California San Diego released a study this year showing anxiety levels between 20% and 70% lower in people who have had Botox (within the 3 months it’s effective for). The dataset was over 40,000, and the proposition itself is credible—if the face you see in the mirror is agreeable and not dissatisfied, it could plausibly make you less self-critical (and in minutes). Dr. Michael Reilly, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Medstar Georgetown University hospital, posited a more physiological effect: “When you can’t furrow your brow or show the emotions of concern or fear or panic, there is likely a calming effect on the nerve pathways that feed back to your brain that then allows you to actually not feel that emotion quite as much.” This disrupts the common narrative around beauty procedures — that they prey on people’s insecurities while simultaneously increasing the grooming standards that made them feel insecure in the first place. In 2019, the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners instructed its members to check before they administered Botox to any patients who weren’t seeking it for reasons of poor mental health. The more pressing question is this: does Botox do anything for those who are under 35? Adebibe explains that, “All Botox does is prevent the degradation of your natural collagen because you’re relaxing the muscles that are constantly pulling on the skin. Each time the muscle pulls on the skin, the elasticity decreases; it’s crunching down on the collagen over and over, and that’s degrading your collagen. Wrinkles are just symptoms of depleted collagen and not the cause.” Today, the new celebrity trend is just to get Botox everywhere you can: in your hands, in your knees – there are so many aging areas, that almost everywhere is acceptable these days. Are you jumping on the same bandwagon and also considering Botox or plastic surgery for yourself? Before making any decisions, you should consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss all of your available options. When it comes to plastic surgery, you want to make sure you’re in good hands; That’s why it’s so important to choose an experienced plastic surgery specialist who will give you the results you’re looking for. A Guide to Facial Feminization Surgery

Facial Feminization Surgeries for More Feminine Facial Features  Surgery performed to transform masculine facial features into feminine ones is known as facial feminization surgery (FFS). These facial feminization procedures are for people who want to have a more feminine facial look overall, and are also appropriate for cisgender women and gender non-binaries who want more feminine facial characteristics. Facial Feminization Surgical Procedures Various operations are used in facial feminization surgery (FFS) to give your face a more feminine appearance. Depending on your present characteristics and expectations, you may require one or more of the following procedures to achieve your desired results. Hairline Advancement Because it practically frames your entire face, your hairline is an important factor in facial gender confirmation. Hairline or scalp advancement is appropriate for candidates for facial gender confirmation who have a naturally higher hairline or a wider forehead. The procedure’s goal is to shorten the distance between the brows and the hairline, move the scalp forward, and change the curve of the hairline. M shaped hairline is often advanced to create a more feminine C shape. A small incision is made along the natural hairline, and the hair-bearing tissue of the scalp is then brought forward. Following closure, individual hair follicles may be transplanted to further feminize the curvature of the hairline and create a more natural-looking hairline. Cheek Augmentation Cheek augmentation is used to enhance the appearance of the cheeks, and can be done with the help of fat grafting injections. Fat Grafting Although cheek augmentation can be achieved using facial implants, the fat transfer approach is more suited for patients desiring more subtle, natural-looking modifications to their midface region. This technique involves removing fatty tissue from another part of the patient’s body (often the inner thigh) and injecting it into the cheeks. Fat grafts can improve circulation and regenerate tissue by injecting it and causing the stem cells within it to mobilize. Brow Bone Reduction Brow bone reduction (also referred to as forehead contouring) is the most typical technique that includes removing the front wall of the frontal sinus bone, rebuilding it, and reattaching it. Alternatives to Brow Bone Reduction Brow Lifting This procedure involves using muscle manipulation or brow skin shifting to raise the brows higher on the face; The forehead can also be tightened through this technique for a youthful appearance. Hair Grafting This method includes taking hair follicles from the back of the scalp and transplanting them along the front of the hairline. A hair grafting treatment can also be used to reduce brow length. Tracheal Shave This treatment is also known as Adam’s apple reduction surgery, thyroid cartilage reduction, or chondrolaryngoplasty, and is performed to lessen the size of the laryngeal prominence, which is positioned in the middle of the throat above the thyroid gland. The thyroid cartilage is removed from the front of the larynx during a tracheal shave. Nose Job Rhinoplasty procedures can be used to reduce the size or nose reshaping and give it a more feminine outline and proportions.Generally, the nose’s dorsum and tip are smaller and the tip is elevated to create nose feminization. The angle between the nose and the forehead are improved by correcting the frontal bossing. Eyelid Surgery A beautiful and feminine appearance is established around the eyes by renewing them, widening the orbits, and making the eyelids appear younger.During this surgery, excess skin or tissue can be cut away. Upper Lip Shortening An upper lip lift, also known as a sub-nasal lip lift, reduces the vertical distance between the top lip and the nose, and can be performed under local anesthetic while you’re awake. Chin Implant A chin implant can be inserted under the skin and soft tissue to enhance the chin. Incisions are done in the lower gums to give the neck a more concave and youthful appearance. Injection and surgery can both be used to achieve the goal, and recovery can take 2 or 3 days. Chin Reduction Some chins require chin reduction surgery; Bone and protrusions are smoothed and shaved away during this operation. The most common way for surgeons to access the chin and jaw is by incisions made inside the mouth, around the gum line. Soft Tissue Procedures This might comprise lip injections, facelifts, eyelifts, and brow lifts. Preparing for FFS Procedures Visit a plastic surgeon before undergoing facial feminization surgery. Choose a board-certified surgeon with experience performing the operations. Depending on your procedure, surgery can take anywhere from 1.5 to 8 hours. You may require multiple operations; In this instance, you must wait at least 3 months between surgeries to give your body time to heal. Is FFS Painful? It fully depends on the patient’s pain threshold and the treatments that were carried out. During the actual facial feminization procedure, you won’t feel anything. Most people report mild discomfort along with swelling, bruising, and inflammation more often than pain. Results of FFS Procedures Every patient’s recovery process is unique. Depending on your general health, medical history, and the particular gender-affirming surgeries that were done, a precise time is required for you to properly recover. Under Eye Filler: What You Need to Know

As you age, mild swelling or puffiness under the eye is common – The skin immediately below your eye can accumulate fluid, and appears when the tissue around your eyes weakens, which can sometimes  include some supporting eyelid  muscles. Getting an eye filler might be your solution to avoid sagging skin around your eye area. This sagging of the skin often results from temporary conditions such as chronic stress, poor diet, lack of sleep, and fatigue from illness or medications. Some who have bigger issues with bags under their eye are those who suffer from allergies and sensitivities. What is Under Eye Filler? Under-eye filler (also known as a dermal filler), is a hyaluronic acid injection used to decrease and better the appearance of sunken or discolored under-eye areas. It’s designed for cheeks, lips, and hands in order to reverse dark circles and bags completely. How Under Eye Fillers Can Help Under eye filler is a popular facial rejuvenation injectable intended to deliver your ultimate under-eye goals. It works best for volume loss under your eyes, but can also be used to treat puffy bags, (known as the ‘pseudogenization of orbital fat’).. Though the treatment can be effective for the right person, it isn’t for everyone (just like any other cosmetic procedure), and also isn’t a singular solution for all under-eye concerns, as it’s just one option for solving eye problems. The tissue structures supporting the eyelids weaken from aging or genetics, and causes a hollowness and sagging of the skin in the under eye area, but hyaluronic acid fillers work to replenish volume to the area. Dark circles, which sometimes expand from volume loss in the lower eyelid fat pads, can be lightened through the assistance of developing hollows and decreasing shadows beneath the eye. Under eye filler is a great way to brighten the eye when injected well, as it reduces hollowness and that tired appearance from some of the tissue underneath the eye. Do Your Medical Professional Research  Know that under-eye fillers aren’t permanent and won’t address every concern, so it’s best to consult a doctor to discuss the results you’re looking for. Doing research and choosing an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon to perform this procedure is recommended. Less-qualified practitioners can cause serious side effects to occur, which can include: over-injection, incorrect placement, discoloration, asymmetrical injection, or the formation of lumps. Keep in mind that they aren’t permanent and wont address all of your concerns, so you should consult an experienced plastic surgeon to discuss the results you’re seeking. Do Your Research on Procedure Costs After researching medical professionals, the surgeon you choose will walk you through the procedure and recovery process. You should research the procedure and know how it works. Any health insurance plan does not cover eye fillers because it’s a cosmetic procedure. Its costs can also vary; so be prepared to do your research about the provider and how it works aware before using it The Side Effects of Under Eye Fillers Just like most other types of face filler, under-eye fillers have side effects. Under-eye rejuvenation may not be suitable for every patient because the eyelid skin and adjacent face parts are so delicate. Due to the tender and complex anatomy around the eyes, it’s essential to choose the right practitioner or surgeon to give you under-eye fillers. However, you’ll experience some temporary side effects and complications, no matter how skilled your doctor is. Choosing Which Fillers Are Right for You Not all dermal fillers are the same. Some common ones contain hyaluronic acids, including Juvederm, Restylane, and Perlane. This naturally-occurring substance helps shape and hydrate the skin. Other fillers include collagen-stimulating substances like calcium hydroxylapatite (Radiesse) and synthetic collagen replacements like polymethyl-methacrylate microspheres (Bellafill), polylactic acid (Sculptra), and polyalkylimide (Aquamid). Getting the best dermal filler right for you will depend on your medical history and specific preferences and needs. How Long They Last Some dermal fillers last between 6 to 12 months, while others can last between 2 to 5 years. The longevity timelines for some of the most popular brands of dermal fillers include: Juvederm Voluma lasts 24 months (with a touch-up treatment halfway) Sculptra lasts 24 months (or longer) Radiesse lasts 12 months Restylane Defyne, Refyne, and Lyft last 12 months (with a possible touch-up at 6–9 months) Restylane Silk lasts 6–10 months Restylane-L lasts 5–7 months Recovery After Under Eye Fillers You won’t need much care of the eye after treatment. Within an hour, swelling, redness, tenderness, bruising, and itching may occur near the injection site. It’s normal and generally disappears within a few hours or days after the treatment. When it comes to plastic surgery procedures, you want to make sure you’re in good hands — That’s why it’s so important to choose an experienced plastic surgery specialist who will give you the results you’re looking for. Katie Price Displays the Results of Her Eye and Brow Lift On IG

English model and businesswoman Katrina Amy Alexandra Alexis “Katie” Price earned her success in life in part because of her beautiful facial features. A well-known supporter of facial cosmetic surgery, Price shocked many of her fans and loved ones last year when she revealed “fox eye” and other total-body reconstruction results that, in her own words, left her with scars and wanting the “old Katie back.” Desire to Fix Prior Surgeries or Addiction? Not for the first or last time, many people have wondered if Price has body dysmorphia disorder or plastic surgery addiction. Especially this year when it was revealed that she turned to cosmetic surgery in December while in Belgium for a liposuction and other alterations. She then returned to the same surgeon a month later for a brow lift and chin. Although it’s possible that she attempted to have past scarring and other issues fixed, her continued search for perfection through surgery over the years seems to suggest a serious underlying condition. Makeup and Instagram Point to Bad Results Earlier this month, Price arrived at the National Diversity Awards in Liverpool with a full head bandage and heavily caked on makeup. She claimed to have removed chin bandages on her own prior to the event without approval by a qualified physician. On February 7, she then took to Instagram with her sister to show off the results. The photo may have been altered using an Instagram filtering tool. Why It’s Important to Find a Trusted Facial Cosmetic Surgeon Without a doubt, Katie Price is a beautiful woman. Yet, repeat surgeries have left her with subpar results and an overall diminished appearance. A board-certified facial plastic surgeon who cares about their patient would never recommend this many surgeries, at least 14 procedures over the years, or a less-than-careful approach to post-surgery recovery. Less is more in plastic surgery, which means that you can achieve fantastic results without making repeated extensive alterations. With a caring, knowledgeable, and skilled surgeon, you can look your best at any age without the need to wear heavy makeup or use app filters to hide that you had surgery. If you’ve thought about plastic surgery, please don’t allow examples like this one turn you away from using proven surgery-based beauty enhancement methods.
